1. SHIPPING TIME & COST

Free worldwide shipping on orders over US$50.
You may choose from the following options:
● Airmail: 10-14 business days at FREE
● EMS: 3-7 business days at US$15

Flat rate worldwide shipping on all other orders.
You may choose from the following options:
● Airmail: 10-14 business days at US$7
● EMS: 3-7 business days at US$22

We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days from our facility in Taipei, Taiwan.
Shipping time starts once dispatched, as per the postage date.

Please note the following:
● The shipping time does not include any potential days necessary to clear customs in the country of destination.
● The shipping cost does not include any potential VAT, import duties and handling fees charged in the country of destination.

2. AIRMAIL & EMS

Airmail is our regular shipping option.

EMS stands for Express Mail Service and is our fast shipping option.
This service is offered by the United Nations Universal Postal Union.

3. TRACKING

We provide a tracking number with all our shipping options:
● Airmail: For some destination countries, tracking will only be possible up until your order departs Taiwan. This is notably the case for orders being sent to the United States as unfortunately the tracking number systems used by Chunghwa Post (Taiwan Post) and USPS are not compatible.
● EMS: For all destination countries, tracking will be door-to-door.

4. VAT, IMPORT DUTIES & HANDLING FEES

In accordance with guidelines for international online sales, we sell on Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, as defined under Incoterms 2010. In practice this means that the buyer is responsible for paying any potential VAT and import duties charged by customs in the country of destination, as well as the handling fees charged by the shipping company to clear these customs.

5. IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO US

Please note that if your order is returned to us due to any of the below reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund. Instead, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipment at your expense.

● You provided an incorrect address.
● Failure to pay any potential VAT, import duties and handling fees charged in the country of destination.
● Failure to take delivery of your order.
